Handling Costs
We charge $10 for handling costs. This includes a heavy duty box, basic disassembly of the product, directions for reassembly, and delivery to the shipping/" company.

Shipping costs and info
We ship nationally and internationally on a regular basis. We generally use the Postal Service for National delivery. These costs are rising, however, at the moment they are generally $30 - $50 depending on the region. We are located in Cottage Grove, Oregon and this is where they ship from. For international delivery we research carrier options that offer the best pricing and delivery assurance. In either case, we add the shipping/" cost to the final order.

Purchasing and Payment Info
  • Purchasing a complete trailer package via the buy now button. This takes you directly to the google shopping cart which is secured through their own measures of data integrity. We do not hold any personal financial information for any of our customers.
  • Purchasing a trailer that is not a standard package. You will need to contact a sales representative to work out the details of what you are looking for and what combination of products/kits will best suite your needs. Once this has been determined by both parties, you will be sent an email with the invoice of the trailer package that you custom built. You will then pay for this online via an online order sheet.
  • Authorized dealers. We accept C.O.D. or a mailed check. You need to be an authorized dealer for this type of transaction. Please contact a sales representative for terms and conditions.

    • Delivery Times
    The amount of time that it takes to process and order and ship depends largely on two variables. Quantity or orders in the queue, and type of trailer purchased. A standard trailer package using the buy now button has a 5-7 day turnaround. Custom configured trailers have a 7-10 day turnaround. Custom built trailers that are designed and modified specific to the customers needs have the estimated ship date determined by the designer. For custom work, contact a sales representative.

    Required Assembly when shipment has been received
    Our trailers come as fully built, completely assembled products. There are no tools or complex assembly required. The only assembly required is to remove the trailer from the shipping/" box, put the wheels on the frame, mount the tongue into the tongue mount, and drop the side panels onto the frame. All very simple and logical.
